Jaroslav Fenyk, the Vice President of the Czech Constitutional Court, participated in the International Conference in Seoul. This Conference was organised by the Constitutional Court of Korea on the occasion of its 30th Anniversary and it focused on „Constitutional Justice and Democracy“.

Professor Fenyk, representing there not only the Czech Constitutional Court but also the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, had the honor to open the Conference and to congratulate as the first speaker the host Court on its jubilee.

In his presentation Vice President Fenyk focused on milestones of Czech Constitutional Judiciary, the vivid heritage of 1920´s constitution and the current issues of Rule-of-law in the Czech Constitutional Court´s day-to-day practice.
