We would like to remind you of the due date for sending us the completed registration forms – please, fill in a separate registration form for each person who will participate in the Congress as part of your delegation and send the completed form(s) to our email address (cecc2017-2020@concourt.cz) by 13th March 2020 at the latest.

Moreover, we kindly ask you to send us the materials for the CECC exhibition by 20th March 2020:

- photograph of the seat of your Court (preferably exterior one),
- group picture of the present-day justices of your Court (or as recent as possible),
- list of competences of your Court in English,
- brief text with a history of your Court in English (approx. 1 800  characters) and
- logo (symbol or emblem) representing your Court. 
As far as the pictures (photographs and logos) are concerned, we would prefer a higher resolution. Therefore, we suggest using http://sharegadget.com/ for forwarding these files to us (to the official CECC e-mail account: cecc2017-2020@concourt.cz). 

And finally, let us inform you that the special link for on-line reservation of rooms in the Marriott hotel will be available till 20th April 2020 only.
